as neither foreign or familiar-
is to have exceeded the boundary of known.
We have become blessed to walk where we have never
been and to find the landscape neither barren
or promising- just an arising of something that is.
Whether witnessing the new lotus blossoming
or the tumbleweed disintegrating into
the desert landscape, both are the same.
Beauty here is not in the eye of the one
who sees, but in the heart of the one
who sees not, who sees without
expectation. These encounters across
time have become immeasurable,
inseparable one from another.
As if gliding from encounter to encounter
is the origin of existence's cycle-
from alpha to omega, a continuous
dance of encounters, ceaseless and ongoing..
