Earlier this year, prior to experiencing fully open-heart surgery, I had more than a few moments to contemplate whether and if I might have an NDE, near-death experience, while under the anesthetic for four to five hours.
I clearly did not have an NDE. And I surely had what I will now describe as an NLE, a near-life experience. Once the initial shock of receiving the news from my cardiovascular surgeon that I would be undergoing at least a single bypass and quite possibly an aortic valve replacement as well, I turned to what I knew best.
The moments prior to surgery were filled with the sweetness of going within.
I found myself offering prayers to all of those Divine Beings on what I call my personal Divine team. What happened next was most certainly a deeply life affirming experience or what I am calling an NLE by far comparable in every way imaginable to an NDE. As my fervent silent prayers were released, I clearly saw a small conference room with round leather back chairs. One after another Divine Being took a seat until the entire room was filled and expanding with these amazing Divine ones. Can you imagine the love and support I consciously took with me into the operating room?
