​Weight For It
 
She is coming in fast now,
get ready for the sheer weight
of all that you have brought
 
to this dance fleeing fast
and the incredible emptiness
that at last rolls off your shoulders-
 
those anatomical structures which
have until now borne all the burdens
you carried.  Imagine now, that this
 
is how the rest of your life is to play
out, emptied of everything, allowing
you only to lean in closer and closer
 
than ever before to the quantum essence
engaging you at a sub-molecular level,
as you simply still yourself to feel
 
weightless, again.
