In the twilight of no light, I discovered
there in the void of neither dark nor light,
the magnificence of matter without form.
I saw you and not you, myself too and not
myself, there in the consequential space,
where the unseen remains hidden.
Were I to join the quantum physicists
in leaping through the tetrahedrons
of parallel universes just waiting to be
discovered, I might then know the answers,
even to the questions never asked. Until then,
when you think you see me, remember I may only
be a vast reflection of you in the quiet dark,
unseen by your own eyes.
